Service Description
CompTIA A+ is the industry-standard, vendor-neutral certification for entry-level IT professionals, validating foundational skills in troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, security, and hardware. It requires passing two exams—Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102)—that focus on practical, hands-on, performance-based tasks for roles such as help desk technician, desktop support, or field service technician.
Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY We understand that circumstances may arise that require students to make changes to their enrollment. Students may request to reschedule their enrollment to another available class, subject to NPCT’s enrollment and scheduling guidelines. Due to the accelerated nature of our training programs and the resources reserved for each student upon enrollment, all enrollment fees and tuition payments are non-refundable. By completing enrollment and submitting payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to this No-Refund Policy. We encourage all students to carefully review their selected course, class dates, eligibility requirements, and other enrollment information before submitting payment.
